The FSPH Staff Council is being established in response to feedback from the MyVoice Survey and will serve as an advisory group representing staff perspectives across the school. Council members will:
- Gather and represent staff feedback and perspectives.
- Partner with leadership on shared priorities.
- Promote communication and engagement across FSPH
Inaugural term: October 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027
Time commitment: Council members should expect to attend approximately 8-10 meetings during the inaugural term.
Representation: To ensure broad representation of staff perspectives across FSPH, Council membership is intended for staff in individual contributor roles without direct supervisory or people-management responsibilities.
We encourage eligible staff from all departments to consider self-nominating. No prior council, committee, or leadership experience is required.
